When the lithium battery is fully charged, the voltage reaches about 12V. This system voltage solar street lamp has two kinds of controller collocation scheme, one is 3 Series 10 parallel step-down controller, the other is 10 series 3 parallel boost solar street lamp controller. 12V system has good stability, compared with the 24 V system, the overall volume is smaller, the led high bay light price is better than the 24 V system, the application is more extensive, is the mainstream application in the current market.
3: The 6.4v system voltage usually uses solar panels with 10V output voltage, and the system working voltage is about 6.4v. With the market demand for cost control, there are many innovative enterprises as mainstream products to replace the 12V system. Lithium battery and control system are integrated into the lamps. The structure optimization greatly reduces the use of product materials.
4: The method of 3.2V system voltage is to connect all battery cells in series. The output voltage of solar panel is usually 5-6v. The power of lamp does not need to be very large (about 30W). The battery life is not required to be very long. The product volume is further reduced and the cost is further controlled. The advantage is that the price of a complete set of solar street lamps is very cheap, and it has been demanded by many home markets.
Pay attention to the rated voltage that the controller can drive. The voltage of most solar street lamp systems is 24 V, 12 V, 6.4 V, 3.2 v. When choosing the controller, we should pay attention to the discharge current of the controller. To select the controller whose maximum discharge current is greater than or equal to the rated current of street lamp. The current output of lithium battery to street lamp can be controlled by adjusting the load current of controller. If the controller with small discharge circuit is selected, the streetlights will not reach the brightness they should be, or the system will be damaged.
